TryFreshFilings

Yesterday's bankruptcy filings, on your desk this morning.

FreshFilings compiles new consumer bankruptcy filings from the Central District of California — debtor name and mailing address, chapter, case number, and a flag for filers who don't have an attorney — and organizes them by territory in a tracker built for follow-up.

What your firm gets

FreshFilings is a working list, not a data dump. Five things are built into every subscription:

Next-morning fresh

Yesterday's new filings, compiled and in your tracker the next morning — not a monthly list that is already weeks old when it reaches you.

Pro se, flagged

Every filing is flagged when the debtor has no attorney of record — about 1 in 8 filings in our compiled data — so filers without representation stand out at a glance.

Full mailing addresses

Subscribers see the complete debtor mailing address for every filing in their zones. The public preview below masks street numbers; your portal shows the full address.

Limited seats

A zone is shared by at most five firms, or held by one firm exclusively. Zone filings are never sold to an unlimited list of buyers.

Built-in tracker

Follow-up statuses, private per-filing notes, and CSV export are included — no separate CRM to buy or maintain.

How it works

1

Pick your territory

Choose a zone and a plan — shared (up to 5 firms) or exclusive (yours alone). Twenty percent off your second zone and beyond.

2

Get the filings

Each morning's set of new filings in your zone appears in your tracker with full mailing addresses and pro se flags.

3

Work the list

Search, filter, mark follow-up statuses, keep private notes, and export to CSV whenever you need it.

4

Only pay if it earns

Your first month is free with a coupon code. No card up front — decide after you've worked real filings.

Pricing

Shared

$497/month per zone

Your zone's daily filings, shared with at most four other firms. Full tracker, notes, and CSV export.

Exclusive

$2,997/month per zone

The zone is yours alone — no other firm receives its filings. Available only while a zone is empty.

Multi-zone

20% off

Every zone after your first, on either plan. Discount applied automatically at checkout.

Territory zones

A zone is shared or exclusive — never both. The first exclusive claim locks the zone; shared zones cap at five firms.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

New consumer bankruptcy filings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California — public court records, compiled daily and organized by territory zone.

What does the free month include?

Full access to the tracker with the filings we have already compiled for your zone, with search, statuses, notes, and CSV export. To be candid: trials run on already-compiled filings — the live daily feed starts when paid territories launch. The trial data is in exactly the format the live service delivers each morning.

Can two firms in the same zone both subscribe?

On the shared plan, up to five firms. On the exclusive plan, no — the first exclusive claim locks the zone to that firm alone.

Am I responsible for my own advertising compliance?

Yes. Filings are public records, and how you contact debtors is your firm's responsibility under the California Rules of Professional Conduct. Our Terms of Service say the same. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

How do I pay after the free month?

From your billing page. Card payments run through Stripe; until you add a card, nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
